Asset Profiles Feature

New entity Asset Profile was introduced to manage common asset configuration. Now the Tenant administrator is able to configure common settings for multiple assets using Asset Profiles. Each Asset has one and only profile at a single point in time. Asset profile allows to configure default Rule Chain to process all incoming messages and events for related assets.
